Tucker Freeman

Trees exist in nature as one of her most unique life forms. They are
cut down and milled by man and machine, reducing them to board lumber
to accomodate his building and construction needs
  It is my objective as a wood sculptor to carve this board lumber
back into a life form: never again to serve the functional needs of
man, only to be reborn as a living form, and hopefully appreciated as
good art.
