Robert Daniels
Robert Daniels is an artist best known for his realistic oil paintings of wildlife.
Born in North Carolina in 1951, He began drawing at an early age and taught himself by studying and reading books.
In his twenties he moved to California and started studying art at Orange Coast College in Coastal Mesa California.
Robert fell in love with art when he first picked up a pencil and started drawing. However, living in California and raising a family gave him very little time to pursue his dream of becoming an artist.
In 2011 He moved back to North Carolina and started Painting full time. Over the years He has worked with many types of media: watercolor, carvings, ink, acrylics and graphic pencils.
Roberts oil paintings are what He is best known for.
He now paints and lives in Wanchese,NC on Roanoke Island, where he was born.
